Our Step by Step approach to building World Class Websites
1. Discovery & Information Gathering
At this stage we get to know your brand or company and align it with your website needs. This includes a questionnaire and kick off meeting.
2. Planning, Strategy & Design
At this stage we jump right into the websites architecture. The layout of the content as well as the look and feel. UI/UX Planning, Wireframing & Visual Styling is all done here for your review.
3. Development Phase
During development, we bring your website to life by coding the design, building server-side features, and setting up databases. For CMS platforms like WordPress, we install themes, configure plugins, and customize settings. Finally, we upload your content to ensure the site is ready to launch. This phase also includes the first round of full internal testing.
4. SEO Optimization
Here we will take the fully developed website and submit it to Google and other search platforms. We will make on page and off page optimizations so that the site can be properly listed on search engines
5. Website Launch
The website launch includes a final testing & feedback, closing meeting to pop champagne, securing domain and hosting and deploying the website.
6. Post Launch Support
All of our packages mean include us sticking around for the first few months to ensure the website runs as it should. Ask about our addons which include backups, security updates, plugin updates or more on a monthly or annual basis.

We are open to using the clients' preferred platform but we generally recommend WordPress. WordPress websites are faster to build, which means you can get your site up and running quickly. Once the design is set, it doesn’t take long to make your website live. You’ll save time and money without sacrificing quality, and you’ll have a flexible, professional website that’s easy to update and maintain.
Typically we try to stay under the 30 day mark. Especially for our starter package. But depending on the needs and revisions for each individual project it may take more time. The max we do is 90 days.
That's up to you! We can host it for you as have our own servers. Or you may choose to host it on another platform, where we can help you to migrate to once development is done.
